Delivery work often moves between a team channel and a smaller chat. An update may explain a decision, while the replies identify what remains unresolved. Microsoft Teams gives Fortiana the written conversation around that work through channels, chats, threads and message metadata, with optional attached files.

How you can use it
For example, you can ask questions such as:
- What did the delivery team decide?
Read the relevant channel or thread to separate a decision from earlier suggestions, questions, and unresolved concerns. - Who owns the next action?
Use the conversation’s stated commitment and surrounding context rather than inferring ownership from presence or message volume. - Which concern remained unresolved?
Compare the discussion’s open questions with later messages so a repeated mention is not mistaken for a resolved issue.
Before you connect
- Identify teams and conversations. List the channels and chat types needed for the connection, including any restricted conversations to confirm.
- Review authorization requirements. Identify the person responsible for reviewing access to the relevant Microsoft Teams environment.
