What is Zoho Mail?
Zoho Mail is a business communication platform built around email, with integrated calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, and team collaboration features. Its mailbox also connects with Zoho and third-party applications through integrations and extensions.
How it works with Fortiana
Commercial details often change within an email exchange: a revised quote, a quantity adjustment or a condition added before acceptance. Zoho Mail brings the written conversation around those changes into Fortiana, so a later question can return to the original wording instead of relying on a remembered summary.
What Fortiana can use
- Messages
- Message metadata
- Conversation threads
Optional: Files attached to messages.
Not included: Calendar data unless separately supported.
How you can use it
For example, you can ask questions such as:
- Which version of the supplier’s quote did we accept?
Follow the exchange around revised terms and the reply that accepted them. The attached quote may also be needed. - Was the minimum order quantity changed?
Compare the quantities discussed in the messages and any conditions attached to the later proposal. - Which customer request is waiting for clarification?
Look for the question raised in the correspondence and whether a later reply addressed it.
Before you connect
- Identify the relevant accounts. List the Zoho Mail accounts that hold the customer or supplier correspondence needed for the initial connection.
- Find the access owner. Confirm who can review authorization requirements for those accounts before planning the rollout.
- Check documents referenced in mail. Identify quotations or specifications that are attached to messages, and confirm whether their content can be included.
